Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pool area is nice and the staff take great care to make sure if you want a drink or somethi Positive: Spacious for 3 adults. View of ocean from balcony was nice. Negative: View of pool next door being all green was a little distracting off the nice view. Rug under dining table is a little dirty and there were no wash clothes or hand towels.

Rooms in need of remodel and refresh. Pictures aren’t reflective of the state of the rooms. Positive: Front desk was helpful Negative: HVAC didn’t work. Stove didn’t work. No trash can. Rooms were run down. Peeling wallpaper. Stains. Dirty.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Positive: Location is great with access to the beach on the doorstep. We were a little dubios when we spotted the building works in the adjacant property - but there was no noise. Property was spotless. If you required anything you could go to the front desk - towels etc. We will be back. Negative: Coffee would have been nice. Nothing to do with the property but the pool bar we found to be expensive.
